        REMINDER: Lunch balances with 10 negative charges will result in a cheese sandwich and a milk.

        High School Students: Just a reminder that Friday, April 27 is your last day to turn in paperwork to run for student council in to Mrs. Wetzel.  All applications must be received by 3:30pm, NO EXCEPTIONS!

        SENIORS: Cap & Gown pictures will be on May 4th at 1:00 in the A/C. Order forms are in the office if you want one. 

        SENIORS: Your BABY picture, SENIOR picture & QUOTE need to be in by FRIDAY, April 27!!!!! - Consequence - your information will not be in the yearbook. 

        Sophomore class meeting Thursday during seminar in the Auditorium. 

        Softball meeting after school in the auditorium on Friday. Will be a short meeting. 

        Girls Tennis - dismissal at 2:30 for 2:45 departure for a match at Clarke

        Boys track - dismissal at 2:45 for our bus heading to Mt. Ay:

        Juniors: check your email to vote for King & Queen ASAP. You can only vote once.

        Golf - dismiss at 3:15 TODAY, Tuesday, 4/24/18.

        FCCLA Members:  We have 2 more blankets to make.  Blanket work session Tuesday April 24th in seminar.  Lets get these blankets made so we can finish our service project.  

        ANY student who would like to go to camp this summer is invited to the Iowa 4-H Youth Conference:  held June 26-28. It would cost $180. Register online:  http://www.extension.iastate.edu/4h/iowa4hyouthconference . OR, contact your local extension office for more details.

        Girls Track - 2:00 dismissal TODAY (April 24) with a departure of 2:15 to Fremont Mills @ Tabor. The bus will stop in Villisca 1st (YOU do not get out any earlier than 2:00.)

        Girls Basketball - high school basketball meeting this Wednesday right after school.  It will only last for 5-10 minutes, in the Auditorium.

        Juniors: Prom decorating 6-9pm Tuesday, 3:30pm-9pm Wed., Thurs., & Fri.  Remember to pay $13 to Miss Lumbard/ Mrs. Sonntag for your t-shirt ASAP. 

        Robotics: Good job at ISU this past weekend, lots of learning and problem solving making: Hungry Hippo Bot, Typing Bot, Ping pong launcher and a Dragster.  No practice for any robots this week due to prom.  TSA Vex will resume next week!

        SENIORS: Class meeting on April 24 during seminar in the Auditorium.

        SWV Summer Drivers Education Classes will begin Saturday May 5, 2018 at 7:30 am.  Be prepared to start driving immediately after class.  If you have not signed up for class, please do so as soon as possible.  Reminder that you must have your learners permit with you to drive, and missing more than 2 hours of class will result in dis-enrollment from the course.

        SENIORS - Come to the office to fill out information for the papers.  I need this ASAP - it won't take long less than 5 minutes. 

        Y-Teens - Those who are eligible for the Y-teens rewards trip need to sign up, on the bulletin board outside of Mrs. Morales' room, and get a permission slip signed no later than Monday, April 23rd.  Your admit slip will need to be signed and turned back into Tina by Tuesday, April 24th at 3:30

         Boys Basketball Uniforms - Please hand them in to Mr. Lewis by the end of the week. 

        Students:  Mr Wetzel is looking for volunteers to help with track meets this season.  The dates are May 3 and May 4.  Please see him if you are willing to volunteer for any or all of the dates. 

        Softball - Sign up sheet is in the office. 

        APRIL ETS SCHEDULE:

            April 25 - Seniors

        Dance Team - please turn in your uniforms, poms & any other borrowed items to Mrs. Wetzel's room ASAP! 

        STUDENTS: Check the office window for job opportunities.

        ATTENTION STUDENTS: please remove your lunch bags from fridge the same day that you bring them. Any lunch bags left in the fridge more than a week will be tossed in the trash! REMEMBER - this is a courtesy that the kitchen staff has given to you. They do not have to allow you to use the refrigerator. 

        Cross Country: Missing Uniforms - Sam Hummel. These need to be turned in to Coach Sussman ASAP. 

        The following students need to turn in your Drivers Education Books:  Jayden Archer 

 

        ATTENTION STUDENTS: We need to remember that we are Peanut free campus. We have found several wrappers on the floor recently that contain Peanuts. Please be mindful of others. 

         ATTENTION STUDENTS -  IF you ride a moped pay close attention: Passengers are not allowed on mopeds. This is a state LAW. You can and may get ticketed.      

         FYI - The DOT has changed driving days for Adams County. The driving days are Tuesday mornings. To schedule driving times please call the courthouse at 641-322-3210. All students getting school permits have to drive with the DOT and live more than 1 mile from the school. You also need 2 forms from the school, a Certificate of Completion and an Affidavit for School Permit.
